CBI calls the murder of Judge Uttam Anand a ‘big conspiracy’, first chargesheet filed

The CBI on Wednesday filed the first chargesheet in the death of Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand. The agency had registered a case against accused Lakhan Verma and Rahul Verma under sections 302 of IPC i.e. murder, false information and destruction of evidence under sections 201 and 34 common intent.
